The Google Pixel 3a XL is slightly better than Moto Z, getting a overall score of 78.9 against 74.5. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Google Pixel 3a XL has older 11 version while Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Although Google Pixel 3a XL is noticeably newer than the Moto Z, it is heavier and notably thicker.
