Huawei Mate 20 Pro is better than the Motorola Moto Z, having a score of 82.9 against 74.5. Even though the Huawei Mate 20 Pro is way newer than Motorola Moto Z, it's extremely heavier and way thicker. Huawei Mate 20 Pro features just a bit better hardware performance than Moto Z, because it has a greater amount of RAM and a higher number of faster cores.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a bit better display than Moto Z, because it has a little bit better screen density, a quite better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution and a bigger display. Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a greater camera than Motorola Moto Z, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the same video resolution and the same diafragm aperture, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a back camera with a much better 40 MP resolution.
Moto Z has a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a much longer battery performance than Motorola Moto Z, because it has a 62% more battery size.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto Z, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto Z. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, otherwise you can save some money and get the Moto Z, letting go a couple features and specs.
