Comparison review
Huawei Mate 8 is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto Z, having a 77.4 score against 74.5. Despite being the best in this comparison review, we must highlight that it is also older, noticeably heavier and thicker. The Moto Z features just a bit better looking display than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
The Huawei Mate 8 features a little bit better performance than Motorola Moto Z, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a greater number of faster cores. The Moto Z takes a bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a less megapixels back facing camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better low-light images and a much better video resolution.
The Motorola Moto Z features a little bit better memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has only 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate 8 features a very superior battery duration than Moto Z, because it has a 54 percent more battery size.
Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola Moto Z, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola Moto Z. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Motorola Moto Z, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
