Comparison review

The LG G5 has a general score of 76.1, which is a little bit better than Motorola Moto Z's 74.5 score. Both phones we compare here include the same Android 8.0 Oreo OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that. The LG G5 is an extremely thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone than the Motorola Moto Z.

The LG G5 has a slightly better display than Motorola Moto Z, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1440 x 2560px, the LG G5 also counts with a bit higher pixel quantity per screen inch. The LG G5 has a processor that's very similar to the CPU in Moto Z, both of them have a 4 GB RAM and a Quad-Core CPU.

LG G5 and Motorola Moto Z feature quite similar memory capacity for games and applications, they have a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and the same internal memory capacity. The LG G5 takes just a bit better videos and photos than Moto Z, and although they both have the same aperture, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video definition, the LG G5 also has a camera in the back with more mega pixels.

LG G5 features a little better battery duration than Motorola Moto Z, because it has a 2800mAh battery capacity instead of 2600mAh.

Although LG G5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto Z, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto Z. So if you need that extra features, you can buy LG G5, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto Z, resigning a couple specifications.
