Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Moto G200 5G has older 11 version and Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

The Motorola Moto G200 5G counts with a little faster processor than Moto Z, because it has 4 more cores and 4 GB more RAM.
