Motorola Moto G7 Plus is just a bit better than the Moto Z, with a general score of 76.1 against 74.5. The Motorola Moto G7 Plus construction is notably newer than the Moto Z's, but it's incredibly thicker and way heavier. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Moto G7 Plus has an older 10 version while Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Moto Z features a little bit better screen than Moto G7 Plus, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a better number of pixels per display inch. Moto Z has a bit superior processor than Motorola Moto G7 Plus, although it has 4 less cores (although faster), they both have a 4 GB RAM.
Motorola Moto Z counts with just a bit bigger storage to install applications and games than Motorola Moto G7 Plus, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Moto G7 Plus shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Moto Z, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Moto G7 Plus also has a larger camera aperture to take better photos and video in poorly lited environments and a back facing camera with a higher resolution.
