Nokia X100 is a bit better than Moto Z, having a 77.3 score against 74.5. The Nokia X100 construction is newer, but much heavier and incredibly thicker than Moto Z. Both of these phones include Android OS, but Nokia X100 has the older 11 version and Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Nokia X100 counts with a bit superior processor than Motorola Moto Z, because it has a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores (although slower).
The Moto Z has a bit better display than Nokia X100, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a greater pixels amount in each inch of display.
