The Galaxy Note8 has a global score of 83, which is much better than Motorola Moto Z's 74.5 global score. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS, but Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo, so it provides a lot of extra features. The Galaxy Note8 body is newer than Motorola Moto Z's, although it's way heavier and much thicker.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a slightly better screen than Motorola Moto Z, because although it has a bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a little bit bigger display and a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 2960px. Moto Z features a better memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note8, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
