The Galaxy S20 is much better than Motorola Moto Z, getting a 94.8 score against 74.5. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 has 13 version and Motorola Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo. Galaxy S20's design is way newer than Motorola Moto Z's, but it's way thicker and somewhat heavier.

Galaxy S20 features a little bit better performance than Moto Z, because it has 4 more cores and a larger amount of RAM. Galaxy S20 has a bit more vivid display than Moto Z, because it has a quite higher pixel number per display inch, a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a little bit larger screen.

Galaxy S20 features a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Moto Z, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that allows 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
