Galaxy XCover 6 Pro is slightly better than the Moto Z, with a 77.6 score against 74.5. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has the previous 12 version and Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro is a much newer cellphone than Moto Z, but it is way heavier and noticeably thicker.
Moto Z features a lot better processing power than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores (but faster). Moto Z counts with a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
Galaxy XCover 6 Pro has a superior storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto Z, because although it has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro counts with a much longer battery life than Moto Z, because it has a 56 percent bigger battery size.
Moto Z captures a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, although it has a much less mega-pixels back facing camera, they both have a same size camera aperture.
