The Xperia 1 II is a lot better than the Motorola Moto Z, with a 91 score against 74.5. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia 1 II has the previous 11 version while Motorola Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Xperia 1 II construction is notably newer, but way heavier and notably thicker than the Motorola Moto Z.
