The Xperia Z3 is a bit better than the Moto Z, with a 77.3 score against 74.5. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Xperia Z3 has 4.4.4 version and Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, we must highlight that it's also an older, much heavier and noticeably thicker cellphone.

Sony Xperia Z3 features a sharper display than Moto Z, although it has a bit smaller screen, a little bit worse pixel density and a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px. The Xperia Z3 features a bit better performance than Motorola Moto Z, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have 4 cores, the Xperia Z3 also counts with an additional graphics processor.

Moto Z features a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia Z3, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Moto Z also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. Xperia Z3 has better battery performance than Moto Z, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity.

Xperia Z3 captures clearer videos and photos than Motorola Moto Z, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and videos, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a camera with lot more MP.

The Xperia Z3 is not only the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a bargain compared to the other ones.
