Comparison review

Xperia Z5 is a bit better than the Moto Z, with a 77.6 score against 74.5. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia Z5 has 5.1 version while Moto Z has Android 8.0 Oreo. Despite being the best cellphone in this review, Xperia Z5 is an older, incredibly thicker and heavier cellphone than the Moto Z.

Xperia Z5 counts with a bit more vivid display than Moto Z, although it has a just a little lower display pixels density, a much lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a little bit smaller display. The Moto Z has a way bigger storage for games and applications than Sony Xperia Z5, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory, the Moto Z also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB.

Sony Xperia Z5 features a little faster processor than Moto Z, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with more processing cores and a graphics processor. The Xperia Z5 has a little better battery lifetime than Motorola Moto Z, because it has 2900mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.

Xperia Z5 counts with a superior camera than Moto Z, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a F1.8 camera aperture and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xperia Z5 also has a much more megapixels back-facing camera.

Although Xperia Z5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto Z, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto Z. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xperia Z5, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto Z, giving up a couple specifications.
