Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a general score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than Moto Z's overall score of 74.5. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a newer phone than the Moto Z, although it's noticeably heavier and notably thicker. The Moto Z counts with a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a better pixel density.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with just a little better processing power than Moto Z, because it has a higher number of faster cores and 2 GB more RAM. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a little bit more memory to install games and applications than Moto Z, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features improved battery life than Moto Z, because it has a 3400mAh battery capacity against 2600mAh. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 and Moto Z both count with incredibly similar cameras, although the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a lower video resolution, a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting photographs and/or video in poorly lited situations and a back facing camera with a lower 12 megapixels resolution.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Motorola Moto Z, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola Moto Z. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Motorola Moto Z, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
