Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is a bit better than the Moto Z, having a 75.8 score against 74.5. Both of these phones use the same Android 8.0 Oreo OS (operating system). Even though Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is newer than the Moto Z, it's notably heavier and thicker.
