The Moto G8 Plus is slightly better than Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition, having a 77.6 score against 77.4. Even though the Moto G8 Plus is extremely newer than Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition, it is heavier and way thicker. Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition counts with a little faster CPU than Moto G8 Plus. Both have 4 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.

Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition counts with a bit better display than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better screen pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. Moto G8 Plus shoots greater pictures and videos than Motorola Moto Z2 Force Edition, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video definition, the Moto G8 Plus also has a much bigger sensor, a back-facing camera with a way better resolution and a bigger camera aperture for better low-light photography and videos.

Moto Z2 Force Edition features much more storage for games and applications than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Moto Z2 Force Edition also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB. Moto G8 Plus features a much better battery lifetime than Moto Z2 Force Edition, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2730mAh.
