Moto Z2 Play features a greater memory capacity for games and applications than Apple iPhone 7, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Apple iPhone 7 features a slightly better camera than Moto Z2 Play, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and videos, they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same (4K) video definition and the same resolution back-facing camera. Moto Z2 Play counts with a much better battery performance than Apple iPhone 7, because it has a 53% bigger battery capacity.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Moto Z2 Play. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
