Motorola Moto Z2 Play has a general score of 77.4, which is slightly better than Asus ROG Phone's global score of 77.1. Motorola Moto Z2 Play is an older device than Asus ROG Phone, but it is lighter and much thinner anyway. Asus ROG Phone counts with a bit more vivid screen than Moto Z2 Play, because it has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2160px, a little bigger screen and a just a bit better screen density.
Asus ROG Phone counts with a bit better performance than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Asus ROG Phone counts with a much better storage to install applications and games than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone has improved battery life than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because it has a 33 percent bigger battery capacity. Motorola Moto Z2 Play counts with a much better camera than Asus ROG Phone, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Motorola Moto Z2 Play also counts with a larger aperture to capture better captures in poorly lited situations.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Motorola Moto Z2 Play is also a bargain compared to others.
