The Google Pixel 3a has a score of 78.8, which is a little bit better than the Moto Z2 Play's 77.4 score. Google Pixel 3a is a newer phone than Moto Z2 Play, although it is just a bit heavier and way thicker. Motorola Moto Z2 Play counts with a bit more powerful processor than Google Pixel 3a. Both of them have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores.
Google Pixel 3a has a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because it has a quite better 1080 x 2220 resolution, a just a little greater screen density and a little bit bigger display. Motorola Moto Z2 Play features much more memory for applications and games than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Motorola Moto Z2 Play also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Moto Z2 Play and the Google Pixel 3a feature very similar battery durations. Google Pixel 3a has just a bit better camera than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low-light images and video, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Google Pixel 3a also counts with a back facing camera with a better resolution.
