HTC One M9 has an overall score of 77.7, which is slightly better than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play's 77.4 global score. HTC One M9 is a better phone than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, we must highlight that it's also an a lot older, just a little bit heavier and much thicker phone. HTC One M9 has a sharper display than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the HTC One M9 also counts with a little bit greater pixels count in each inch in the screen.
The HTC One M9 has just a little better performance than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the HTC One M9 also counts with a GPU and a 64-bits processor. HTC One M9 captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a way smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for taking images or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the HTC One M9 also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels.
Motorola Moto Z2 Play features a lot bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than HTC One M9, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola Moto Z2 Play features a bit superior battery life than HTC One M9, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2840mAh.
The HTC One M9 not only is the best devices in our comparison, but it's also cheap compared to the Moto Z2 Play.
