The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has a slightly better screen than Moto Z2 Play, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design also has a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a greater number of pixels per inch of display.
The Moto Z2 Play features a quite bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design counts with a little better processing power than Moto Z2 Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design also has more RAM memory.
The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design takes clearer photographs and videos than Moto Z2 Play, although it has a lot tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures and videos in poorly lited environments, they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the same resolution back camera and the same video frame rate.
