Comparison review
The Huawei P30 has an overall score of 81.7, which is slightly better than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play's 77.4 overall score. Huawei P30's construction is newer, but heavier and much thicker than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play. The Huawei P30 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because it has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a quite bigger screen and a bit more pixels per inch of screen.
Huawei P30 features a bit better processing unit than Moto Z2 Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P30 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Huawei P30 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P30 also counts with a camera with a much higher 40 MP resolution.
Moto Z2 Play features a much greater storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei P30, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. Huawei P30 features better battery performance than Moto Z2 Play, because it has a 22% larger battery size.
Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola Moto Z2 Play. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Huawei P30, else you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, resigning some specs and features.
