Motorola Moto G9 Plus is slightly better than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, getting an 80.5 score against 77.4. The Motorola Moto G9 Plus design is a lot newer, but way heavier and much thicker than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play. Moto G9 Plus features a CPU that's very similar to the processing unit in Motorola Moto Z2 Play, both have a Octa-Core processing unit and 4 GB of RAM memory.
Moto G9 Plus has a display that's very similar to Motorola Moto Z2 Play's screen, because although the Moto G9 Plus has a little bit worse pixel count in each display inch, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a larger screen. The Moto Z2 Play counts with a little bit better storage capacity for applications and games than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB.
The Motorola Moto G9 Plus has a superior battery duration than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because it has a 5000mAh battery size. The Motorola Moto G9 Plus has a much better camera than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for taking pictures and videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Motorola Moto G9 Plus also counts with a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution.
