Although Motorola One 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto Z2 Play, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto Z2 Play. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Motorola One 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto Z2 Play, resigning a couple features and specifications.
