Galaxy A35 5G is slightly better than Moto Z2 Play, with a score of 79.4 against 77.4. Although Galaxy A35 5G is noticeably newer than Moto Z2 Play, it's notably thicker and noticeably heavier. Moto Z2 Play has a much faster CPU than Galaxy A35 5G, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Samsung Galaxy A35 5G has a slightly better looking display than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a little bit less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a larger screen and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px. The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G also counts with a much better 50 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
