Galaxy Note10 has a score of 89, which is better than Motorola Moto Z2 Play's global score of 77.4. The Galaxy Note10 body is much newer, but heavier and noticeably thicker than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play. The Galaxy Note10 features a little bit better hardware performance than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note10 also has a larger amount of RAM.

Galaxy Note10 features a little bit better screen than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a quite bigger screen and a bit higher 1080 x 2280 pixels resolution. Galaxy Note10 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Moto Z2 Play, and although they both have a camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Galaxy Note10 also has a larger aperture to take better captures in poorly lited situations and faster video frame rates.

Motorola Moto Z2 Play counts with a bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note10, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy Note10 features a bit better battery duration than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because it has a 17 percent bigger battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Moto Z2 Play. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note10, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, resigning a couple features and specifications.
