Galaxy Note4 is slightly better than the Moto Z2 Play, with a 77.6 score against 77.4. Despite being the best in our current comparison, Galaxy Note4 is a noticeably older, somewhat heavier and much thicker cellphone than the Moto Z2 Play. Moto Z2 Play has a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note4, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Moto Z2 Play also has 1 GB more RAM memory.
The Galaxy Note4 features a slightly better display than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because it has a better 1440 x 2560 resolution, a greater count of pixels per inch in the display and a bit larger display. The Motorola Moto Z2 Play counts with a much greater memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Note4, because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Galaxy Note4 shoots slightly better videos and photos than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a much smaller aperture which is not good for capturing pictures or video in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy Note4 also counts with a much higher 16 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
The Galaxy Note4 has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Moto Z2 Play, because it has a 3220mAh battery capacity.
