Comparison review
Galaxy S7 edge is slightly better than the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, having a 78.1 score against 77.4. Despite being the best in this comparison, we must note that it is also an older, incredibly thicker and a little heavier phone. Galaxy S7 edge features a little bit better display than Moto Z2 Play, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy S7 edge also has a greater pixel amount in each screen inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560.
Moto Z2 Play has a much greater memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has an external SD slot that allows up to 1,95 TB and more internal storage. The Moto Z2 Play features a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Moto Z2 Play also has a larger number of cores.
Galaxy S7 edge features better battery performance than Moto Z2 Play, because it has a 20% larger battery size. The Galaxy S7 edge features a slightly better camera than Motorola Moto Z2 Play. Both of them have a same size aperture, the same resolution back facing camera, the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality.
Although Galaxy S7 edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola Moto Z2 Play, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola Moto Z2 Play. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Galaxy S7 edge, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Motorola Moto Z2 Play, resigning some specifications.
