Xperia 10 II has a score of 78.5, which is a little bit better than the Moto Z2 Play's 77.4 global score. The Xperia 10 II design is noticeably newer than Moto Z2 Play's, although it's incredibly thicker and a bit heavier. Xperia 10 II has a bit better screen than Moto Z2 Play, because it has a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2520px, a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display and a bit bigger screen.

Sony Xperia 10 II features a little bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal memory. The Moto Z2 Play features just a bit better performance than Sony Xperia 10 II. They have a 4 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.

Xperia 10 II's camera is just as good as Motorola Moto Z2 Play's camera, and although the Xperia 10 II has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting photos or video in low-light environments, they both have a 12 megapixels back camera, the same video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates.
