Comparison review
Google Pixel 3a is slightly better than Moto Z3 Play, with a general score of 78.8 against 76.3. The Google Pixel 3a construction is newer and just a little lighter than the Moto Z3 Play's, although it is also thicker. Google Pixel 3a features a little better performance than Moto Z3 Play. Both of them have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.
The Google Pixel 3a has a little sharper screen than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little higher display pixel density and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2220px. The Motorola Moto Z3 Play features a lot bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 3a, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto Z3 Play also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Google Pixel 3a shoots clearer pictures and videos than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same sensor size, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Google Pixel 3a also counts with a camera in the back with a higher resolution.
Moto Z3 Play and Google Pixel 3a feature very similar battery performance.
Google Pixel 3a not only is the best phones of the ones we compare here, but it's also by far the cheapest.
