Comparison review
Huawei P40 Lite is a bit better than Moto Z3 Play, with a global score of 79.5 against 76.3. Huawei P40 Lite's body is newer, but somewhat heavier and way thicker than Moto Z3 Play. Huawei P40 Lite has a bit better performance than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Huawei P40 Lite has a little more vivid screen than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a little lower number of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a quite larger screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2310. Huawei P40 Lite captures much clearer photos and videos than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back facing camera with a much higher 48 mega-pixels resolution.
Moto Z3 Play counts with a superior memory capacity for apps and games than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Huawei P40 Lite counts with a very superior battery life than Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 40% larger battery capacity.
In addition to being the best phone in our comparison, the Huawei P40 Lite is also by far the cheapest one, which makes it a great choice.
