Moto Z3 Play is a bit better than LG G5, with a overall score of 76.3 against 76.1. The Moto Z3 Play design is notably newer, just a little bit lighter and a bit thinner than LG G5. LG G5 features a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a better pixels density.
The Moto Z3 Play features a bigger memory for games and applications than LG G5, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB, the Moto Z3 Play also has 64 GB internal storage. LG G5 counts with just a little better performance than Moto Z3 Play, although it has less CPU cores , they both have a 4 GB RAM.
Moto Z3 Play features a bit superior battery performance than LG G5, because it has a 7 percent larger battery capacity. LG G5 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a tinier aperture and a tinier sensor which provides a worse photo and video quality, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the LG G5 also counts with a lot more MP back-facing camera.
The Moto Z3 Play costs a bit more than the LG G5, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
