Galaxy S20 has a general score of 94.8, which is way better than the Motorola Moto Z3 Play's 76.3 overall score. Galaxy S20's body is newer than the Motorola Moto Z3 Play's, although it's just a little heavier and somewhat thicker. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a much better looking display than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because it has a better 1440 x 3200px resolution, a little bit larger screen and a greater number of pixels per inch in the screen.
The Galaxy S20 counts with slightly more storage to install games and applications than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a SD card slot that allows 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory capacity.
