The Xiaomi Mi Max has a global score of 77.5, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto Z3 Play's 76.3 score. Despite being the best phone we compare here, the Xiaomi Mi Max is an a lot older, heavier and a little thicker phone than the Motorola Moto Z3 Play. The Motorola Moto Z3 Play counts with a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi Max's CPU is very similar to the Moto Z3 Play one, both of them have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. Xiaomi Mi Max has a camera that's very similar to the Motorola Moto Z3 Play one, because although the Xiaomi Mi Max has a tinier aperture which is not good for shooting pictures and/or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, it also counts with a back camera with way more mega-pixels.
Motorola Moto Z3 Play features a bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Mi Max has a much better battery life than Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 4850mAh battery size.
