The Xiaomi Redmi 9T is slightly better than the Moto Z3 Play, with a general score of 78.2 against 76.3. The Xiaomi Redmi 9T design is incredibly newer, but heavier and much thicker than the Moto Z3 Play. The Xiaomi Redmi 9T features a little faster processing unit than Motorola Moto Z3 Play. Both have a 4 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor.
The Moto Z3 Play and the Xiaomi Redmi 9T feature very similar screens, because although the Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a just a bit inferior pixel number in each screen inch, it also counts with a bit bigger display and a quite better 1080 x 2340 resolution. Xiaomi Redmi 9T shoots better photographs and videos than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for low light photography and video, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also counts with a much bigger camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a camera with a way higher resolution.
The Moto Z3 Play has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Moto Z3 Play also has an external memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a really longer battery duration than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 100% larger battery capacity.
