The Google Pixel 4 XL is slightly better than the Moto Z3, with an 82.9 score against 77.6. Google Pixel 4 XL's body is newer than Moto Z3's, but it's somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. The Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a little sharper screen than Motorola Moto Z3, because it has more pixels per inch in the screen, a little bit bigger screen and a higher 1440 x 3040 pixels resolution.

Google Pixel 4 XL has a little better performance than Moto Z3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Google Pixel 4 XL also has more RAM. The Motorola Moto Z3 counts with a superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Motorola Moto Z3 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB.

The Google Pixel 4 XL counts with longer battery lifetime than Moto Z3, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. The Google Pixel 4 XL has a bit better camera than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Google Pixel 4 XL also has a larger sensor taking higher quality photographs, a bigger aperture and a higher 12.2 megapixels resolution back facing camera.

Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto Z3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto Z3. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Moto Z3, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
