Moto Z3 is just a bit better than the HTC U Ultra, having a score of 77.6 against 77. Moto Z3's construction is newer, somewhat thinner and a little lighter than the HTC U Ultra. HTC U Ultra counts with a bit more vivid display than Motorola Moto Z3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a higher pixel number in each inch in the display.

HTC U Ultra has a battery performance that's just as good as the Motorola Moto Z3 one. HTC U Ultra captures slightly better videos and photos than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same (4K) video quality and a 12 mega pixels back-facing camera, the HTC U Ultra also has a bigger camera aperture to capture better low light photography and a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
