The HTC U23 Pro has an overall score of 77.8, which is slightly better than Motorola Moto Z3's global score of 77.6. The HTC U23 Pro is a notably newer cellphone than the Motorola Moto Z3, but it is way thicker and way heavier. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but the HTC U23 Pro has older 13 version and Motorola Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie.
