Moto Z3 is a little bit better than LG Q8, getting a 77.6 score against 77.2. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Moto Z3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat, so it provides you some extra features and improved performance. The Moto Z3 body is newer and somewhat thinner, but also just a bit heavier than the LG Q8.
Moto Z3 has a little bit better hardware performance than LG Q8, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Moto Z3 also has a larger number of cores. The LG Q8 has a more vivid display than Moto Z3, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a higher screen pixels density.
The Moto Z3 counts with a bigger memory capacity for games and applications than LG Q8, and although they both have an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB, the Moto Z3 also has 64 GB internal memory. The LG Q8 captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have the same video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the LG Q8 also has a larger camera aperture for better low-light images, a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much better 16 MP resolution back facing camera.
