The Galaxy A8 (2018) is a bit better than the Motorola Moto Z3, getting a 79.2 score against 77.6. Despite being the best in this review, Galaxy A8 (2018) is a just a bit heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than Motorola Moto Z3. Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) has a bit sharper display than Moto Z3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2220 and a little bit better screen density.
The Moto Z3 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018). Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. Motorola Moto Z3 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy A8 (2018), because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking images or videos in low light environments and a lot less mega-pixels resolution camera, it also counts with a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
The Moto Z3 features a much better storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy A8 (2018), and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the Moto Z3 also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola Moto Z3 and Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) have similar batteries performance.
