The Moto Z3 is slightly better than Galaxy C5, getting a 77.6 score against 76.4. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS, but Moto Z3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy C5 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Although Moto Z3 is notably newer than the Galaxy C5, it is a little bit thicker and just a little heavier.
Motorola Moto Z3 features a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy C5. Both of them have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Moto Z3 counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy C5, because although it has a quite worse screen pixels density, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a bigger display.
The Motorola Moto Z3 counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy C5, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light photography and videos and a back facing camera with lot less megapixels resolution, it also counts with a much better (4K) video definition.
