Galaxy M40 has a score of 85, which is a bit better than Motorola Moto Z3's 77.6 global score. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy M40 has an older 10 version and Motorola Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie. Although Galaxy M40 is newer than Motorola Moto Z3, it's a bit heavier and somewhat thicker.
Samsung Galaxy M40 features a screen that's very similar to Moto Z3's display, although the Samsung Galaxy M40 also has a just a little more pixels per inch of display, a slightly higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit bigger display. The Galaxy M40 shoots better pictures and videos than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy M40 also has a way higher resolution camera in the back, a larger back-facing camera sensor taking higher quality videos and photographs and a bigger aperture to take better low-light captures.
