Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than Moto Z3, having a global score of 98 against 77.6. Both phones in this comparison review have Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an older 13 version and Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a newer cellphone than Moto Z3, but it is thicker and a lot heavier.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit superior processor than Moto Z3, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit sharper screen than Motorola Moto Z3, because it has a higher pixel density, a better 1440 x 3200 resolution and a bigger screen.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G captures way better photographs and videos than Moto Z3, because it has a camera with a much better resolution, a bigger aperture, a lot bigger sensor and a way higher video quality. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little bit better storage to store more games and applications than Moto Z3, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a very superior battery life than Moto Z3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto Z3, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto Z3. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto Z3, resigning some specifications.
