The Galaxy S6 is better than the Moto Z3, having an 87.4 score against 77.6. The Galaxy S6 body has the same thickness than the Moto Z3, but it's lighter. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S6 has the older 5.0 version and Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie.
