Comparison review

The Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a score of 79.8, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto Z3's overall score of 77.6. Despite being the best we are comparing here, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium is an older, heavier and somewhat thicker phone than the Motorola Moto Z3. The Xperia XZ Premium features a processing unit that's very similar to the Moto Z3 one, both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.

Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a much more vibrant display than Moto Z3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher number of pixels per display inch and a way better 2160 x 3840 resolution. Sony Xperia XZ Premium captures slightly better photographs and videos than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a same size aperture, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also has a way larger sensor providing a way higher image quality and a back facing camera with lot more MP.

The Moto Z3 counts with much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Moto Z3 also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Xperia XZ Premium counts with a bit superior battery duration than Moto Z3, because it has an 8% larger battery size.
