Comparison review

The Sony Xperia Z5 has a general score of 77.6, which is just a bit better than Motorola Moto Z3's overall score of 77.6. The Sony Xperia Z5 body is a little bit lighter than Motorola Moto Z3, but it's just a little thicker and was released many years before. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia Z5 has 5.1 version and Motorola Moto Z3 has Android 9.0 Pie.

Sony Xperia Z5 counts with a CPU that's just as good as Motorola Moto Z3's CPU, because although the Sony Xperia Z5 has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Xperia Z5 has a better looking screen than Moto Z3, because although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080px resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen.

Motorola Moto Z3 has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Z5, because it has 32 GB more internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Moto Z3 has a little longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.

The Xperia Z5 counts with a better camera than Motorola Moto Z3, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Xperia Z5 also has a larger aperture to capture better captures and videos in low light environments, a way more mega pixels camera in the back and a way larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

Although Xperia Z5 is a better device, it costs more money than the Motorola Moto Z3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Moto Z3. If you prefer to save some money, you can get Motorola Moto Z3, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
