The Motorola One 5G is a bit better than the LG V40 ThinQ, with an 84.6 score against 81.2. Although the Motorola One 5G is newer than the LG V40 ThinQ, it's thicker and heavier. LG V40 ThinQ counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Motorola One 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

The LG V40 ThinQ has a bit better looking screen than Motorola One 5G, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 3120. Motorola One 5G captures much better photos and videos than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has slower video frame rate and a tinier aperture which is not nice for capturing photos or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Motorola One 5G also counts with a lot bigger sensor providing a much better image quality and a back-facing camera with lot more MP.

Motorola One 5G features just a bit bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a SD card slot that allows 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Motorola One 5G has a very superior battery lifetime than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

Although Motorola One 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG V40 ThinQ. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Motorola One 5G, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the LG V40 ThinQ, resigning a couple specifications.
