The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is much better than the Motorola One 5G's 84.6 general score. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a just a little bit heavier cellphone than the Motorola One 5G, but both are 0.35inches thick. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a slightly better looking display than Motorola One 5G, because it has a little larger display, a quite better display pixels density and a higher 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with as much storage capacity for games and applications as the Motorola One 5G, both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that holds up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit faster processing unit than Motorola One 5G, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's battery performance is just as good as Motorola One 5G's battery life. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a much better camera than Motorola One 5G, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light images and videos, and they both have the same back-facing camera sensor size, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a way higher resolution back-facing camera and a way better video definition.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola One 5G, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola One 5G. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Motorola One 5G, resigning a couple specifications.
