The Motorola One 5G is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia 1 VI, having an 84.6 score against 83.2. The Motorola One 5G has a much powerful CPU than Xperia 1 VI, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Xperia 1 VI has a bit better display than Motorola One 5G, because it has a lot better 1644 x 3840 resolution, a little bit larger screen and more pixels per inch of screen.
