The Xperia 5 II has a score of 87.2, which is a little bit better than Motorola One 5G's overall score of 84.6. The Xperia 5 II design is extremely lighter and thinner than the Motorola One 5G, although they were released only 1 months apart. Sony Xperia 5 II features a slightly better display than Motorola One 5G, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same 1080 x 2520 resolution, the Sony Xperia 5 II also counts with a little higher display pixels density.

Xperia 5 II's memory capacity for games and applications is very similar to Motorola One 5G's one, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory and an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Xperia 5 II has a bit more powerful processor than Motorola One 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 5 II also has more RAM.

Motorola One 5G captures clearer pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 5 II, because although it has a smaller sensor and slower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Motorola One 5G also counts with a much more MP back camera.

The Motorola One 5G features superior battery duration than Xperia 5 II, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
